DUII Sentencing
As a function of statute, many components of Oregon DUII sentencing are mandatory, but vary in severity depending on whether an individual has previously been convicted of other similar offenses. The following tables outline the minimum consequences an offender should expect to encounter for a first, second or subsequent, or felony DUII offense.
